6-month minimum term
Each active monthly service carries a 6-month minimum initial term. After the initial 6 months the agreement continues month-to-month, and either party may end it with 30 days' written notice. One-time setup fees (the website build and the acquisition-system build) are due at signing and are not part of the monthly minimum.
Payment
Monthly fees are billed in advance on the same day each month. One-time setup fees (e.g. the website build and the acquisition-system build) are due at signing before work begins. Card / online payments (via our merchant processor) incur a 5% processing fee; pay by bank wire or ACH and the 5% fee is waived (wire / ACH details are in the Payment section). Draft prices are marked and confirmed in writing before they take effect.
Deliverable cadence
Deliverables ship on the cadence stated in each selected plan. Where a shoot or build is involved, scheduling is mutually agreed and milestones are tracked transparently.
Results & honest claims
All performance targets (e.g. chair-fill, qualified inquiries, rankings) are good-faith commitments the engine is built to pursue and measure — not guarantees. Medical and outcome language stays inside FDA-cleared framing: 'most patients,' real cited data, results vary, no cure claims.
Intellectual property

Termination & notice
